Fund for Financing Decommissioning of the Krsko Nuclear Power Plant and Disposal of Radioactive Waste from the Krsko NPP has been entrusted a highly responsible task by the Slovene state - to collect the funds needed for a secure reposition of nuclear waste and the decommissioning of the Krsko NPP within the set time-frame. The Fund's operation and policies are expertise based, achieved results show that we are successful at what we do.
The Fund's slogan is 'Creating with Energy'. We create the necessary (pre)conditions for fulfilling the commitments Slovenia has as a part owner of a nuclear facility. We are successfully fulfilling our commitments and do not intend to place the burden of responsibility to the coming generations.
